Very clean, nice place to stay. You can walk to the lake, the main street of Battle Lake is also within walking distance. Wonderful front porch.
Very nice, new and clean. Didn't need to carry a key because there was a passcode. The coffee machine was nice. Didn't need to communicate with people in the office.

Our initial room was a basement? Not great not to mention it smelled like mold. The manager was able to get us another room but it only happened because someone else was willing to switch. Our new room was ok, but not very clean. Special note was the ceiling fan.. there was a huge amount of dust over all the blades. No way I was gonna turn that on. I know the area is not great but it's a business and I would expect better.
Looks newly renovated, nice clean place to stay. They have a fancy lock system so you don't need to check in at a specific time. Check out was nice and late (11am). We enjoyed our stay - our only complaint would be that the sound proofing could be better. We could hear our neighbor's TV very well and mufflings of their conversations. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs.
